The Preliminary Budget and Financial Plan, announced on January 28 by Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg, calls for a budget reduction of four percent for all agencies, including the Department of Cultural Affairs, bringing the DCA budget to $151.9 million in the current year ending June 30, 2010.
