Bloomberg, asks all City agencies to reduce Fiscal Year 2011 budgets by 5.4 percent, bringing the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs' budget to $141.2 million in the year ending June 30, 2011. The agency projects an additional reduction of 8 percent for Fiscal Year 2012, bringing the baseline budget to $100.7 million. This excludes potential one-time council member allocations and other restorative dollars that may be added by July 1, 2011. For the Office of Management and Budget projections, click here.
