Organized by Americans for the Arts, this advocacy day takes place April 12-13 in Washington, DC. The program on the 12th includes lessons in lobbying, panels on policy issues and the 23rd Annual Nancy Hanks Lecture on Arts and Public Policy, featuring Charleston, South Carolina Mayor Joseph P.
